Triple distilled Pinotage & Grape spirit, seawater from both the Atlantic & Indian oceans, a touch of artesian well water from Morelig farm with 21 botanicals give a beautifully soft mouthfeel with minerality, subtle citrus & hints of spice.


African Camomile, Blue Mountain Sage, Overberg Buchu, Kapokbos (Wild Rosemary), Fennel, Coriander, Lemon & Orange Peel, Pepper, Clove, Cardamom, Blue & Blackberries, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Rooibos, Sage, Angelica Root, Naartjie, Jasmine and Scottish Juniper.

A complex nose with fresh, fragrant floral notes, hints of minerality & tropical spices.

Tasting Notes

Smooth triple distilled Pinotage with aromatics from 21 botanicals, led by fresh floral notes, minerality on the mid-palate, followed by subtle citrus & hints of spice coming through gently on the back palate.
